2023 Refurbishment of the communal entrance area serving the residential block of flats involving removal of the existing glazed and door components. Installation of replacement windows and security doors to the front and rear elevations, nine new letterboxes, replacement intercom system and solid aluminium panelling (incorporating AOV (Automatic Opening Smoke Vent).
